Leafield set to build on ‘Bounce Back’ Bollards

Leafield Environmental, previously known as Linpac Environmental, will showcase their wide range of Highway products at Traffex 2011 with a strong emphasis on ‘Bounce Back’ or Self Righting Bollards.

 

The Night Owl Keep Left Bollard, launched at Traffex 2009, is proving an increasingly popular solution for Highway and Street Lighting Engineers to reduce bollard replacement and running costs. Leafield now plan to use this years’ event to show a base-lit version of the bollard. Using the same design principles this new, illuminated version, Leafield believe will be both ‘Passively Safe’ and meet the very latest standards for this product type.    

 

Also on show will be a full range of Highway and Decorative Bollards and fixing options for a wide variety of situations including traffic calming schemes, building security and vehicle/pedestrian demarcation. Heritage Reflex Bollards, demonstrated so impressively on a project to reduce road traffic injuries in Hull, will form an important part of this display.
